Participation in the Conference is available after registration and receiving confirmation from Organizers.

The registration fees for participants include:
  • attendance at all scientific sessions,
  • entrance to the exhibitors area,
  • attendance certificate,
  • badge and congress kit,
  • coffee breaks and lunches,
  • welcome cocktail,
  • Kujawy-Pomerania Barbecue Party.

The registration fee for accompanying person includes:
  • entrance to the exhibitors area,
  • welcome cocktail,
  • Kujawy-Pomerania Barbecue Party.

For cancellations:
  • before 30.06.2007 80% of the fee will be returned,
  • after 30.06.2007 no refund can be made.
The Organizing Committee does not cover travel and delegation costs including payment for hotel.

Participants and accompanying persons will receive a badge upon registration. Admission to the scientific meetings and exhibition area and/or to the social activities will be possible only with a valid badge.

All participants and accompanying persons are requested to wear their badges throughout the Congress & Conference and at social activities.

Insurance
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss of property, which may occur in connection with this conference or any of the programmed events. Therefore, in case of any the above instance, we kindly suggest that participants carry their own insurance policies.
